EU Orders and Deliveries Suspended
Due to disruption at the UK border due to COVID, the holiday season and uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we have turned off all EU shipping destinations until at least the 4th Jan 2021 when we will review. When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will take typically 2-4 business days for it to leave our warehouse.
UK Tracked Delivery
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery in no more than 3 working days from date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.
Delivered using PostNL Registered Service a signed for service using your local service provider, and TNT.

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
